Preferred QualificationsJob Duties Athletic Communications/Sports Information:
Work with the Director of Athletic Communications writing sports news releases, recording stats, disseminating stats and reporting post-game results to the media.

00/hr Communications and PR student workers assist professional staff with writing news releases, brief news stories and articles for newsletters, conducting research, scheduling interviews and much more.

Work with the Director of Web and Creative Services and graphic designers to develop projects from concept to completion.
Projects include printed publications, marketing collateral and advertising design.

Work with the UCM team shooting photos for news publications, graphic design projects and sports events.

00/hr Social Media:
Work to help engage, motivate, inspire and inform MU students over social media platforms.
We are looking for someone who is involved and wants to get the message out to students about everything MU.

00/hr Video Production:
Serve as a creative and dynamic part of UCM.
Students in this position produce a variety of video productions including marketing pieces, interviews, social media advertisements and animations.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of the University's website and digital communications, designing advertisements for social media and working to uphold University brand standards.

Work is sometimes performed in adverse weather conditions.
