The students selected will be responsible for creating social media content for specific teams and coordinating with coaches and players to do so.
Required Qualifications General knowledge of sports needed.
General knowledge of social media platforms needed.
(Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Graphic design skills preferred.
Proficiency in videography and photography preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Job Duties Create social media content weekly to highlight specific athletic programs and athletes at Millersville University.
Upload content to Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook with the possibility of Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
Work with the team's head media contact to coordinate certain team and/or player milestones that require recognition on social media.
Attend all home games for given teams and keep social media updated on the event.
Cover all road games for given teams and keep social media updates on the event (via live stream / live stats).
Taking video, photos, and making graphics are all possible responsibilities.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Arrive at least one hour prior to events.
